二、 四大系統組成：

a/市政管網(wǎng)保護系統、b/壓力檢測穩壓系統、c/增壓系統、d/智能控制系統。
其中：a.市政管網(wǎng)保護系統：由穩流罐調節、倒流防止器、市政管網(wǎng)保護器組成，為管網(wǎng)疊壓專(zhuān)用設備，可與市政管網(wǎng)直接連網(wǎng)、而不存在負壓搶水，從而達到節能、無(wú)污染目的。
b.壓力檢測穩壓系統：采用壓力數顯儀、達到0.01；穩壓部分采用氣壓罐，除小流量給水減少水泵啟動(dòng)次數外，還減少壓力波動(dòng)對控制系統的影響。
c.增壓系統：由立式多級泵及管閥件組成，是管網(wǎng)疊壓給水設備的動(dòng)力核心，給水能力取決于泵組。
d.智能控制系統：給水專(zhuān)用軟件，由液晶觸摸屏、變頻器、可編程控制器等主要元件組成，是給水設備的神經(jīng)樞紐。（可根據用戶(hù)的不同需要，進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)設計?。?/span>

三、特點(diǎn)：
根本不產(chǎn)生負壓，可直接與市政管網(wǎng)串接。
不銹鋼材質(zhì)的管路和水泵，全封閉的疊壓供水設備，徹底根除二次污染，確保水質(zhì)的新鮮與純凈?？捎行Ю檬姓芫W(wǎng)壓力，節能效果十分顯著(zhù)。

管網(wǎng)壓力的存在，保證停電不停水。由于系統有一條旁通供水管路與用戶(hù)管網(wǎng)想通，在停電時(shí)加壓泵停止工作，自動(dòng)恢復原有自來(lái)水水壓的常壓供水。

五、工作原理：　　

無(wú)負壓智能箱式泵站工作原理：
1，當檢測到自來(lái)水壓力能滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)用水壓力時(shí)，系統直接通過(guò)市政管網(wǎng)給用戶(hù)供水。
　　
2，當檢測到自來(lái)水壓力低于用戶(hù)用水壓力時(shí)，系統通過(guò)疊加，變頻給用戶(hù)供水。
　　
3，當檢測到自來(lái)水壓力低且接近零時(shí)，切斷市政管網(wǎng)，進(jìn)水，系統通過(guò)水箱變頻方式給用戶(hù)供水。
　　
4，為防止二次污染，定時(shí)通過(guò)水箱直接為用戶(hù)供水。
