Proper use of water pump

1, starting

(a) determine whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct and the rotation of the pump is flexible before the connection between the pump and the machine (or check the rotation of the motor after the pump is filled with water; it is forbidden to idle without water in the pump)

(b) close the gate valve on the discharge line.

(c) fill the pump with water or use vacuum pump to divert water.

(d) turn on the power, and gradually open the gate valve on the discharge pipe when the pump reaches the normal speed, and adjust to the required condition.When the gate valve on the discharge pipe is closed, the continuous working time of the pump shall not exceed 3 minutes.

2, stop,

(a) gradually close the gate valve on the discharge line and cut off the power.

(b) if the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the pump water should be released to avoid freezing crack.

(c) if the pump is out of use for a long time, it shall be disassembled, cleaned, greased and packed for safekeeping.

3, run

(a) in the process of starting and running, it is necessary to check whether the meter reading, bearing temperature rise, packing drip and temperature rise, pump vibration and noise are normal, and timely deal with any abnormal situation.

(b) the difference between bearing temperature and ambient temperature is not more than 40℃, and the maximum rise of bearing temperature is not more than 80℃

(c) packing leakage should be small and uniform.

(d) the bearing oil level should be kept in the normal position and should not be too high or too low. If it is too low, the lubricating oil should be added in time.

(e) replace the sealing ring with a new one if the clearance wear between the sealing ring and the impeller is too large (the diameter clearance of the new pump is about 0.15-0.25mm).

(f) the pump shall be operated near the performance points (flow, head, etc.) specified on the nameplate as far as possible, so that the pump can work in the high-efficiency area for a long time to achieve the maximum energy saving effect..

水泵的正確使用方法
1、起動(dòng)
    (a)在機泵聯(lián)接前確定電動(dòng)機的旋轉方向是否正確,泵的轉動(dòng)是否靈活(或在泵內注滿(mǎn)水后檢查電機轉向,嚴禁泵內無(wú)水空轉)
    (b)關(guān)閉吐出管路上的閘閥。
    (c)向泵內灌滿(mǎn)水，或用真空泵引水。
    (d)接通電源，當泵達到正常轉速后，再逐漸打開(kāi)吐出管路上的閘閥，并調節到所需要的工況。在吐出管上的閘閥關(guān)閉的情況下，泵連續工作的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)3分鐘。
    2、停止
    (a)逐漸關(guān)閉吐出管路上的閘閥，切斷電源。
    (b)如環(huán)境溫度低于0℃，應將泵內水放出，以免凍裂。
    (c)如長(cháng)期停止使用，應將泵拆卸清洗上油，包裝保管。
    3、運轉
    (a)在開(kāi)車(chē)及運行過(guò)程中、注意觀(guān)查儀表讀數、軸承溫升、填料滴漏和溫升以及泵的振動(dòng)和雜音等是否正常，如果發(fā)現異常情況，應及時(shí)處理。
    (b)軸承溫度與環(huán)境溫度之差不的超過(guò)40℃，軸承溫升大于80℃
    (c)填料漏水應該是少量均勻的。
    (d)軸承油位應保持在正常位置上，不能過(guò)高或過(guò)低，過(guò)低時(shí)應及時(shí)補充潤滑油。
    (e)如密封環(huán)與葉輪配合部位的間隙磨損過(guò)大應更的密封環(huán)（新泵的直徑間隙在0.15~0.25mm左右）
    (f)應盡量使泵在銘牌規定的性能點(diǎn)（流量，揚程等）附近運轉，這樣可使水泵長(cháng)期在區工作，以達到節能效果。
